The visual positioning system consists of a 3D stereo camera, an electric tightening tool marking plate, and software. It enables real-time positioning and tracking of the marking plate installed on the electric tightening tool, calculates the position and direction of the marking plate on the electric tightening tool, and automatically maps out the position of the tool’s output head based on the tool’s own structure. Tighten the bolts in the preset sequence to strictly avoid problems such as incorrect tightening, missed tightening, and failure to follow the sequence, achieving true bolt tightening without errors.
