     1. Quick-acting brushless clutch-type constant torque series

The Quick-Motion Brushless Clutch Torque Series features a built-in contactless switch, eliminating the need to replace consumables and boasting an exceptionally long service life. It integrates a new intelligent counter to effectively manage yield rates. The brushless motor delivers stable torque output, is easy to operate, and provides extended screwdriver life. Infrared intelligent clamps and LED indicator lights allow users to visually assess screw tightening, making it an excellent industrial-grade tightening tool for electronics professionals.

      2. High-speed brushless servo intelligent torque sensor series

The brushless servo intelligent torque sensor series allows for free programming of the tightening and assembly process. Within its performance parameter range, torque, speed, waiting time, and rotation direction can be freely set and adjusted according to different tightening process requirements, achieving precise tightening.

Precise control is achieved throughout each tightening process via built-in torque and angle sensors, with all critical tightening parameters recorded in real time. Based on servo control and torque sensor technology, torque accuracy is maintained within ±3% of the standard deviation for millions of tightening cycles. Built-in current and angle measurements enable precise control and monitoring of each tightening process, recording all critical parameters and ensuring maximum precision.

Under normal operating conditions, the brushless servo intelligent torque sensor achieves a Cmk ≥ 1.67 (torque setting tolerance ±10%), conforming to ISO 5393 and Six Sigma principles. A Cmk value of 1.67 means a failure rate of only 0.6 times per million screws, resulting in a pass rate of 99.99994%. Furthermore, the use of a brushless motor, coupled with the SD-PF5015 or SD-PF5030 controller, ensures flexibility and reliability in the tightening process, helping manufacturing enterprises achieve true precision and intelligent control.
